Early Bird Speakers (Club Number: 00835375) is a voluntary public speaking club, which meets at Freemasons’ Hall (Lodge Room 17), 60 Great Queen Street, London, ENG WC2B 5AZ. - Personal data collected will be used for lawful purposes related to the proper running of the club, in particular to organise weekly Early Bird Speakers club meetings, facilitate your progression through the various Toastmasters programmes and support you to achieve your public speaking goals, exchange meeting ideas, engage in peer mentoring, promote Toastmasters events, campaign for club elections and for organising club related social events. It may also be used to provide you with information you have requested and for other purposes specified at the time of collection.
- The legal bases we rely on to process your personal data are where you have consented to this, or where it is necessary in our legitimate interests to do so. Our legitimate interests include the proper running, administration and promotion of the club, and managing your membership or membership application. We consider there is likely to be limited privacy impact on you, you would reasonably expect us to use your data in this way and would be unlikely to object to the processing. - Personal information will only be retained by Early Bird Speakers for only so long as is absolutely necessary, which will generally be until you cease to be a member or inactive member or ask to be removed from our mailing list. We use essential cookies to make our website work. We don’t use cookies to identify and track users once they’re on the site or for behavioural tracking or advertising purposes. We just use data at a statistical level, like visitor numbers, which pages users have visited and where they’ve come from.
